How long have we been in business?
Since April 15, 1990. We pride ourselves on treating our clients with the same ethics and professionalism the first time you deal with us as well as the 20th or 50th. When I opened for business, I personally had 14 years experience with two other agencies. Some of our clients we've had for 20 or more years. We work hard; we work honestly; we treat everyone, clients and applicants, with respect.

What type of positions do we fill?
Anything inside an office - secretaries, administrative assistants, receptionists, executive secretaries, legal secretaries, word processors, data entry clerks, office managers, accounting people, controllers, bookkeepers, customer service reps and more. Occasionally, our clients have asked us to do something different. We've even found such people as a president for a company, a lighting sales manager for someone else, a project manager for a construction company, and probably the easiest was the employer who needed someone to shop for gifts for their clients.

How do you find your candidates?
We do some advertising, but most of our applicants come through referrals. We've been in business 10 years now and all of us were in this business before that. Our referral network is extensive.

Do we test?
Yes! Spelling, grammar and synonym and antonym testing as well as typing. We send copies of these tests to our clients so you can see the levels of expertise of these applicants. If you have an additional test you would like us to give, we would be glad to do so.

Do we check references?
Yes, at least three. We check employment references first. If we suspect something, we go further. We consider that our reputation is on the line with each candidate we represent; therefore, we investigate fully.

Why should you use us?
We won't waste your time. We don't make frequent calls into your office. We represent our candidates honestly and fairly. We don't inflate testing results. We listen to what you say about job specifications. And the interviews we set up make sense.
