DUTIES: Sales Department is looking for a bright, detail oriented and fast pace individual to join their Sales Department. Will be generating and closing sales opportunities. Maintain a current database
of customers and sales activities by performing the following duties: Handling sales calls. Generating sales opportunities through mailings, telephone calls, and working with technicians as well as any
other avenues we may explore later; Sales contract and activities in sales database program; Complete paperwork and assuring follow up with the customers. This will include telephone and mail follow up
as well as sending out literature to create interest in products and services. Other tasks that may be added at the Sales Manager's discretion. Lots of variety and fast pace but the sales manager is
very nice and easy to work for.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Customer Service Experience. Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and handle a fast pace. Also must be able to use Microsoft
Office.

TITLE: HVAC Technician - Immediate Hire

DESCRIPTION: Service and replace heating and air conditioning units for residential and light commercial.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Need 3 - 5 years HVAC technician experience, and be CFC
certified.
HIGHLIGHTS: You will only be on call twice a year. Friendly atmosphere. Great location and large corporate perks.
SALARY: $31,000 to $44,000. --
