TITLE: Dispatcher – award winning company BG18
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Dispatch service technicians according to the schedule. Schedule and monitoring of co-workers service schedule. Answer incoming service calls and adjust
technician’s schedule as needed. Make sure that all ticket information is entered in the computer accurately. Resolve customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2 years dispatcher experience required as well as strong logistical skills and a knowledge of the service area (Maryland, Virginia and DC

SALARY: $ 28,000 – $ 30,000.00 per year depending on experience

HOURS: 2 shifts available 6:00 A. M. – 3:00 P. M. Monday through Friday or 10:00 A. M. - 7:00 P. M. Monday through
Friday. Saturday 6:00 A. M. – 3:00 P. M. (this is on a rotating basis and all dispatchers will be in the rotation.
LOCATION: Fairfax, VA near the Merrifield area. 2 blocks from the
Dunn Loring metro.
