TITLE: Business Immigration Paralegal                     KG20

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: An international law firm is looking for a business immigration paralegal for its Tyson’s Corner office. If you would like to work in an environment consisting of heavy client contact, high volume and fast-paced with a team of experienced immigration attorneys and professional who are passionate about the practice of Immigration Law then we want to hear from you!  We have all the resources of a large, international firm while preserving our firm’s collegial and collaborative culture.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years experience in preparing immigrate and nonimmigrant visas (i.e., H, L, TN, O, J visas, adjustment of status, consular processing, advance parole, employment authorization documents, PERM etc).. I-9 Audit experiences a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required. The ideal candidate must be very organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Must possess excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
