JOB TITLE: Docket Specialist (patent &
trademark) BG58
DESCRIPTION OF
DUTIES: Responsible for IP docket activities, including responding to docket requests of attorneys and secretaries, reviewing U.S. and foreign patent correspondence, entering relevant USPTO and foreign patent
actions and deadlines into CPI docket system, monitoring daily dockets, reviewing patent filings for accuracy, and providing daily docket reports to patent attorneys and secretaries.
REQUIRED
SKILLS: Previous (3 - 5 years) patent docketing experience. Knowledge of patent & trademark docketing and CPI software system a plus. Candidate must be highly detail-oriented, self-motivated
with ability to work under pressure and respond to time sensitive deadlines in a team environment.

SALARY: $55 - 65+ - depending on experience.
