TITLE: Conflicts Analyst                                                BG35

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Conflicts Analyst role is comprised of a combination of administrative and analytical duties with responsibilities that include analyzing conflicts searches, generating reports from the conflicts database, facilitating the resolution of potential conflicts problems, and responding to conflicts related inquiries.  These tasks include, but are not limited to, producing and analyzing conflicts reports, assisting with new business matters and related conflict searches; identifying, researching and resolving potential conflicts problems related to new hires, and reviewing conflicts reports and related conflict issues.  The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for identifying potential conflicts and conducting factual research relating to the resolution of potential conflicts, including determining if relevant matters have been closed, ascertaining the nature of an entity's role in a particular matter, analyzing existing waivers, and researching the corporate relationship of affiliated companies.  In coordination with the Conflicts Resolution Coordinator, the Conflicts Analyst reviews conflicts reports and works with the attorneys to gather waiver letters related to new business matters and hire clearances, compiles, organizes and maintains files and conflicts tracking materials, and liaises with hiring partners, recruitment staff and members of the professional responsibility committee team to resolve any potential conflicts.  This includes responding to phone calls, e-mail, memoranda and emergency pages.

REQUIRED SKILLS: J. D. degree are preferred. and No Experience.

TITLE: Docketing - Foreign Patent & Trademark

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Maintain the day-to-day functions of the docketing department in strict adherence to the established policies and procedures. Reconciling the daily docket, review and docket all incoming U.S. and Foreign correspondence and PTO Mail, maintain current docket of all due dates for U.S. and Foreign patent and trademark cases. Reports to Docketing Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Need 3 years patent docketing experience, must know docketing software, must have U.S. docketing and preferably foreign docketing.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 5 plus years of news apps experience or a combination of patent experience that includes new apps. Need excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
