TITLE: Document Imaging Specialist

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Records and Client Intake Department of this major law firm has an opening for a Document Imaging Specialist in the Washington, DC office. The
Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for organizing, maintaining and reviewing the physical files for the purpose of imaging documents; utilizing industrial and/or office grade imaging
equipment to convert physical documents into an electronic format, monitoring the quality of the converted documents to ensure the accuracy and completeness of electronic images and additional
duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 2 years records management and legal assistant experience. Must have experience with electronic files as well as be able to type 45 wpm. Also
knowledge of scanning equipment. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Familiarity with a range of computer software applications including programs and databases suck as Ms Word, Excel,
and Filesite.

SALARY: $30,000 - $40,000 depending on
experience.

TITLE: Duplicating
Clerk

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Responsibilities include operating and performing light preventive maintenance on the following duplicating equipment: Xerox Nuvera 144, Xerox Nuvera
120, Xerox 4127, Xerox 5675/5632, Xerox Docucolor 5000, Xerox 3060 (Engineering Copier). Will also operate the Booklet Maker, trimmer, paper cutter, padding press and all binding equipment (
such as GBC, Velobind, single and three-hold drill and heavy duty stapler). Will prep documents for scanning to include: separate document by type, separate multiple page documents from
single page documents, ensure all paper clips, stables and other fasteners are removed, and sort individual document types by size of the document and make copies as necessary.
Scan/Image to include; scan documents, ensure each document is scanned, interact with scanning software to indicate when a batch is complete, perform quality assurance and review images,
perform quality assurance of documents that have been flagged by the system and complete Productivity Sheet to track project progress and provide numbers for billing purposes.
REQUIRED
SKILLS: Must have 6 months customer service related experience required as well as experience in copying scanning and imaging. Also must have strong computer proficiency and work
experience in email and Microsoft Windows environments.
