TITLE: Facilities Assistant / Office Assistant          BG100    

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Furniture Distribution and Set-ups. Handling all aspects of offices installations, moves and preparations. Conference room reconfigurations and set ups for events and functions.  Repairs and Maintenance requests from fixing a light fixture, adjusting door closures, minor plumbing, ceiling tiles replacement and other such repair issues as may be needed. General monitor placement of Oriental Rugs as per routine schedules. Conduct inventory reports regarding status of assignments as well as furniture and equipment located in storage rooms and at off-site warehouse.  Provide assistance with maintaining the Fitness Center and such other facilities occupied by the firm. 

REQUIRED SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to lift and move furniture, rugs and equipment as needed.  Willingness to work overtime and as tasks/projects may require.

SALARY:  $23,000 - $30,000.
