TITLE: Facilities Manager                                                                         BG35

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Experienced Facilities Manager needed to oversee the facilities department personnel and the various office service functions specific to the Washington, DC office.  Specific responsibilities include preparing the department budget, reviewing and approving expenditures within the parameters for the approved budget, hiring, supervising and evaluating department personnel. Will also manage outsourced service providers and the various office vendors, oversee office renovation projects, manage cost recovery reporting, act as designated office contact for the building management company and oversee sublease and subtenants relations.  Will also administer the safety and security program for the office and will be in charge of oversight for both café and fitness center operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS :  BS degree and 7 – 10 years progressive experience in a professional field of Facilities Management. Previous office management experience as an acting facilities manager for a large multi-floor professional services or law firm is also a plus.  Experience with CAD drawing application preferred but not necessary, though the candidate should have experience with space management reporting, basic computer skills and a strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of applications – Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.  Project management experience required.

TITLE:   Senior Manager of Marketing Operations & Communications       BG78

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Responsible for shaping and managing the Marketing Department’s systems and processes; as well as supervising the firm’s internal communications and ensuring coordinating between internal and external communications. Must be a confident, hands-on marketer skilled at leading a team and developing consensus. TITLE:   Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications                             BG12

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Will lead application development and the financial systems functions of the IT Department as well as manage some of the more strategic projects.  Responsibilities include Critically evaluating requirements and proposing solutions, setting reasonable expectations with users and working to deliver on these expectations effectively; developing and implementing a rechnology framework for custom applications in conjunction with the team and Chief Information Officer. Experience working with end users translating business requirements into results on schedule.  Significant technical abilities including strong programming and design skills.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Provide attorneys and staff with skills aimed at leveraging of the firm’s technology in their work. Deliver high quality training, both classroom and one-on-one sessions to promote practice group, attorney and staff work flow efficiencies using firm’s technology.  Keep training related documents current, accurate and available for use.  Prepare timely and accurate scheduling for training resources. Maintain technical competence in relevant software. Develop and deliver training remotely to other firm offices. Augments help desk technical support when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 1 year law firm or legal environment training exp. Help Desk support experience desired.  Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  4 years exp. working in a windows environment,
