DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Will provide end-user support services, troubleshooting assistance and problem resolution via telephone, remote desktop connection and/or visits to other locations. Will interact with other IT groups to determine the proper remediation, set up testing of new hardware and software and other projects as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS: 4 years IT office support, Law firm exp. Ms Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

TITLE: Help Desk Coordinator BG100
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Help desk coordinator will be the working coordinator of the assigned shifts, responsible for organization and service delivery of Help Desk technical and document support services. Solve problems and organize resources to meet the technical support needs of our lawyers and staff for all firms standard software, systems and document support. Maintain timely Help Desk system call tracking. Provide hands on technical support. Troubleshoot remote access issues for users, i.e., VPN/Citrix, Firm laptop troubleshooting and home computers. Answer Help Desk calls, process Help Desk Inbox emails and provide solutions for lawyers and staff. Properly forward the ACD and voice mail system during off-hours due to emergencies or inclement weather. Coordinate Help Desk Technical Support staff’s delivery of services during the assigned shift to provide timely, accurate and courteous technical support. Assure full training of all Help Desk Technical Support staff at all times, including introduction of new systems and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 4 years working on a Word Processing and Help Desk experience. Previous technical support experience in a law firm environment. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Availability to work before and after business hours and weekends with little or no notice. Expert knowledge of Office 2003 to Advanced level, particularly as used in a legal environment. Excellent follow through, attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. BS/BA Degree preferred or relevant experience. MOS Certification in Office preferred.
