TITLE: Human Resources Assist / Legal Recruitment Assistant BG100

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Assists in maintaining campus interview files and tracking database.  Prepares correspondence, process payments and answer general recruiting department number and direct calls as appropriate. Input and track applicants status in LawCruit.  Assists with preparing and maintaining files on all lawyer and summer associates candidates interviewed in office as well as orientation, events and training programs. Drafting of arrival memoranda and other biographical summaries on summer associates. Assist Summer and Hiring Program Committee Chairs. Assist Department Managers and Coordinators in scheduling events, campus registrations, scheduling applicants and provide other administrative support to the department as requested. Timely and regular attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.  Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, and highly organized. Able to manage large amount of paper and be proactive. Proven ability to deal well with people and must enjoy doing so.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience in law firms and/or the legal recruiting process. An undergraduate degree is required.  Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word suite and Excel.

SALARY:  $32,000 - $38,000 – DOE

TITLE: HRMS Coordinator                                     BG100

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Maintain Day to Day administration of HRMS System to ensure integrity of system data.  Develop complex custom reports and queries as needed by HR Staff and Executive Management.  Generate all reports needed to respond to compensation, benefits, diversity and other general law firm surveys as well as EEO data requests, including affirmative action and Vets 100 reports. Support the annual benefits enrollment and performance evaluation process by developing benefit statements, updating the system with new rates and deduction codes and uploading enrollment data into the system.  Manage interface between HRMS and all other HR Systems. Interface with Payroll and IT to implement scheduled system enhancements, upgrades and future conversions. Act as the primary HRMS expert and super-user; ensure all users are adequately trained and have appropriate access levels.
Respond to requests for ad hoc reports; work closely with the Executive Director, Chief Human Resources Officer and Finance to insure correct reporting to head count data.  Work closely with all members of the HR Team to establish and manage process and procedures for collection and input of employee data to the HRMS.  Implement automation of processes to improve efficiency of data flow, where applicable. Timely and regular attendance.  Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree, Law Experience, Practical experience using HRMS with report writing. Exp. with Ultipro and/or Cognos preferred, web-based HRMS a plus. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills and record of team-oriented leadership. Strong command of software applications, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
