REQUIRED SKILLS: BS/BS in Accounting or Finance, and CPA required. Must have 5 years related

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: The Financial Analyst provides financial analysis, consulting
advise, models pricing alternatives, supports the research, strategic planning and client development initiatives of the Firm and individual practice and support departments. Additional
responsibilities include but are not limited to :Â Providing profitability analysis and highlighting opportunity areas for clients and practice groups: working directly with practice group
leaders providing monthly analysis and assisting with business plans; providing training of financial tools to Partners and Administrative leaders at the firm; producing monthly financial
reports and analysis including productivity reports, practice department key indicator reports, client and attorney billing metric reports; assisting with the modeling and recommendation of
pricing for RFP’s, client and matter budget and alternative fee arrangements and contributing to the monthly Financial Overview provided to management.
REQUIRED: SKILLS: A minimum of 5 years
experience in financial, management or market analysis environment with law firm experience strongly preferred. B.S. or B.A. degree in accounting or Finance. required, MBA preferred. Proficiency in
MS Excel and MS PowerPoint needed with knowledge of Redwood Analytic Business Intelligence Tools a plus. Ability to work overtime.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Assist with
monthly performa distribution to respective billing attorneys. Performs transfer, write-off, divide and deferral functions, balances and reprints proformas at billing attorney’s request
within one to two business days of receipt or earlier if requested. Prepares standard, joint, fixed fee and prorate share draft and final invoices at the direction of the billing attorneys.
Reviews for accuracy, posts and mails final invoices. Assist Electronic Billing Coordinator by converting invoices to electronic format. Prepare statement revisions when needed for electronic
submission.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 5 years law firm billing experience. Elite or CMS also required.

DUTIES: Coordinator will be responsible for various aspects of client collections, following established firm procedures. Duties include contacting clients directly for payment of
outstanding bills; keeping attorneys abreast of potential collection issues; researching client payment histories to determine special payment agreements; working with clients in the management of
their accounts; providing billing and payment advice, preparing and analyzing historical collection trend.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 5 + years collections experience in a law firm plus a BS/BA degree
need to apply for this position.
