TITLE:   Billing Analyst                                                                             BG56

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Support attorneys on all billing related functions.  Will edit, prepare and process attorney’s invoices accurately and in a timely manner, while partnering with the billing attorney to fully understand the details of his/her billing practices and client guidelines. The Analyst will conduct any necessary research to resolve billing issues. Duties include but not limited to:  generate and distribute pre-bills, assist with month end processing, draft correspondence, perform time and exp. transfers and edits, generate reports, prepare invoices, perform write-offs, allocate unapplied funds, cancellations and post & mail bills

REQUIRED SKILLS: 2 – 4 years law firm billing experience required.  MsWord, Excel also required and CMS preferred.  BS in Accounting a plus.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 4 year degree required and 3 years financial analysis experience.  Solid understanding of financial statements and analysis.

TITLE:   Billing Coordinator                                                                       BG120

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Perform a variety of billing and collections tasks using Elite and ARCS software. Generate proformas, reviews time and cost entries. Draft bills in a variety of formats including narrative paragraphs.  This is more than just taking numbers from a computer and plugging them into a bill. Will do summaries, diaries etc.  Monitor the reviews of drafts by attorneys and finalizes bills in Elite.  Assist with electronic billing.

REQUIRED SKILLS: BS degree in finance, accounting, math or economics plus 2 years law firm billing experience required. Also required experience with Elite, or ARCS or other accounting software,

TITLE:   Collections Coordinator                                                   BG 78

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This is a large well known firm that needs an experienced collections person.  Will be responsible for sending letters, e-mails, or making phone calls to client contacts or client accounting personnel to check on the status of any past due invoices and collect the past due amounts.  Also, includes researching and reconciling client account history, providing worksheets or spreadsheets to assist in account reconciliation’s, providing copies of any invoices in question, related back-up information, maintain payment tracking and interest accruals as required and other accounts receivable and collections-related functions. Send out monthly e-mail notices to billing attorneys regarding outstanding accounts  receivable.  Prepare and process write-offs as requested.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Recent collections experience required, 3 – 5 years experience with a computerized accounting system, legal experience preferred, Elite software and ARCS software both preferred.

TITLE: Settlement Processor and Title Agent
              BG69

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Busy Title Company is looking for an experienced settlement processor/title agent to join the team. Candidate must be able to work well with others and provide high level of customer service.  Open new orders, preparing title binders, Clearing title, ordering payoffs and HOA dues and processing loan instructions and preparing a file for settlement.  Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, lenders and agents.  Multi-task, properly prioritize caseload to ensure timeframes are met, work under deadline pressure, be detailed oriented and be able to work individually, as well as with a team.

REQUIRED SKILLS: 3 to 5 years experience processing in a title company. Have a Title Insurance License. Proficient in Title Express. Knowledge of processing VA as well as MD Files.

SALARY:  Mid $40,000 – DOE.

HOURS:   9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Monday to Friday.
